These shocking statistics were so disturbing that Dr. Suzanne began an intense study concerning the growing “Problem of Obesity” (not just in America, but worldwide). She noticed another very “bizarre pattern” in her research that led her eventually to the True Cause: Other nations (especially in Asia and the Orient) who began taking in American exports of red meats and dairy began seeing fatter people and increases in their citizens’ health disorders.

I have read other books promoting “starvation diets” that put the body into a process of protecting itself. These diets cause you to hoard calories like crazy reaching out for other food source which actually slow down your metabolism and inhibit your weight loss all-together.
When you are depriving yourself of food, not only is there a temptation to cheat or fall off your diet, but it leaves you unsatisfied, moody and hungry all the time. With Dr. Suzanne’s “Top Secret Fat Loss Secret” you will not be left hungry and feeling unsatisfied by following a calorie shifting type diet for weight loss.
